Her innovations have been successfully adopted by the Finnish national education sector and form the basis for their current operations. She has been a leading expert in the field of social innovations in the region of Central Europe for about 7 years. Currently, she has been leading a multisectoral project of nation-wide data platform (SIMPAKT) creating and applying methodology for measuring and evaluating impact (and consequently innovativeness) of organizations tackling societal challenges, such as homelessness, unemployment, social/educational exclusion and immobility, income poverty. More specifically, SIMPAKT deals with the problem of measurability of qualitatively complex characteristics to be used for supporting evidence-based policy and decision-making.
